1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jj8 ("jj8", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the jj8 website located at jj8.lat and all associated services, products, games, and betting markets offered thereon.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on jj8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jj8. jj8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account at jj8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jj8 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable procedures.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and use online betting and gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation in jj8's services is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. jj8 may require identity verification (including CNIC or equivalent) at any stage and may suspend accounts pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
• Each person may hold only one active jj8 account. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or under the direction of, any third party when using jj8.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Transactions

jj8 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on jj8:

• Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. jj8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. jj8 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• jj8 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, both minimum and maximum, to deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• jj8 does not charge fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges. jj8 accepts no liability for such third-party fees.
• Any funds deposited to jj8 that cannot be attributed to a verified account may be frozen pending investigation.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conditions

All bets placed on jj8 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type. General conditions applying across all products are set out below:

• All bets are accepted at jj8's sole discretion. jj8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing reasons.
• In-play bets on cricket, including PSL and international matches, are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. jj8 accepts no liability for bets accepted or settled on the basis of incorrect data from third-party providers.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer results as applicable. All RNG games are supplied by third-party certified studios. jj8 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game result, the decision of jj8's internal disputes team shall be final, subject to any formal complaints procedure set out in Section 9 below.
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Please review all promotional terms before opting in.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jj8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all jj8 promotions:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• jj8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns, will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless fully wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements.

6. Responsible Gaming

jj8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within their jj8 account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Requests must be submitted to jj8 support. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of five years.

7. Account Security and User Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jj8 login credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your jj8 password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify jj8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the jj8 platform.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any security measure, geolocation check, or identity verification process implemented by jj8.
• jj8 may implement two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use jj8 for illegal financial activity.
• Collusion between players in any poker or table game environment.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true geographic location in violation of these Terms.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at jj8 staff or other users.

9. Complaints and Disputes

jj8 operates a formal complaints procedure for all registered players. If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact jj8 customer support in the first instance. Support is available 24/7 in English; Urdu-language assistance is available on request. jj8 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, further escalation options will be communicated to the player. All formal complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of PKR funds due to technical failure, or loss arising from reliance on information published on jj8. jj8's total liability to any player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the net deposit made by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj8 is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. By using jj8 you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such dispute.
